ERAS Application Optimizer ("Service") is operated by Eras Application Optimizer ("we", "us"). By using this Service you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

We provide AI-powered tools to help medical students optimize their ERAS personal statements and meaningful experiences. The Service is offered as a one-time purchase with Starter and Pro tiers.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Paddle.com. By purchasing, you agree to Paddle's terms as the Merchant of Record. All prices are in USD and are one-time charges.

4. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer the AI systems, submitting fraudulent content, or reselling generated outputs as a competing service.

6. Intellectual Property

Content you submit remains yours. AI-generated outputs are provided for your personal use in your residency application. We retain no ownership over your generated content.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". AI-generated content is a starting point and should be reviewed and personalized before submission. We do not guarantee admission outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

"ERAS" is a registered trademark of the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC). ERAS Application Optimizer is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the AAMC.
